Qualifications:


Meets the qualifications as established by APTA
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Arizona(required upon start date)
Must hold a Master's (minimum) degree in the field of Physical Therapy from an accredited program -

Annual Salary Ranges**:

Part Time: $15,047 - $49,913
