In this role, you will:

Evaluate and manage therapy patients, identifying functional limitations and creating Therapy Plans of Care.

Deliver patient treatments and coordinate care with the therapy team.

About You:

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with Florida State Licensure and CPR certification.

Passionate about positively impacting patients' lives and working with a diverse team dedicated to excellence.

Desire to collaborate with like-minded clinicians and physicians focused on patient-centered care.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with WebPT and in an outpatient orthopedic therapy setting.
