Physical Therapist Position, Full-time:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our team.  At Aria our therapists are employees of the facility.  We value the input and direction that our therapists bring as part of the Interdisciplinary Team.  We work together for the best of the patients.  We are looking for a Physical Therapist that is motivated by serving the elderly population and provides the dynamic of balancing both restoration and adaptive therapy techniques in order to help our patients meet their goals and enjoy their Golden Years to the best of their potential.  Our facility gym is spacious with all of the equipment needed to regain function.  We also partner with ACP to bring the best in modalities (estim, US, Combo and Diatheramy) at your fingertips to maximize goals.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for direct physical therapy services to residents.  Duties include assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, documentation and communication.  Inservices to facility staff as needed.  The Physical Therapist functions under physicians orders.
