Physical Therapist - Full Time, Cedar Knolls - Atlantic Health System

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist I for Outpatient Adult Physical Therapy Department in Cedar Knolls to work approximately 7.5 hour shifts that may start as early as 7AM and end as late as 7PM. Responsible for providing a broad range of physical therapy services in an interdisciplinary setting, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in accordance with the position's qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards. Ensures and provides development, quality improvement, problem-solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary manner.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Evaluate outpatients with orthopedic and neurological conditions. Vestibular experience preferred. 
• Design and implement PT plan of care.
• Provide evidence-based interventions.
• Document all encounters in the electronic medical record.
• Complies with departmental policies/practices.
• Maintains patient safety, provides patient/family/caregiver education.
• Works cohesively in a team setting.
