Our Tennessee physical therapy center is looking for a passionate and driven licensed Physical Therapist. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients’ physical conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state license to practice physical therapy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
