JOB SUMMARY:
Physical Therapist, you are an integral member of the resident-centered model care team. Your role will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with physical impairments or disabilities to enhance their movement and quality of life. Responsibilities include developing and implementing customized therapy plans to promote recovery, prevent further injury, and improve overall physical function of our residents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Master's of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Current state licensure or certification as required.
SKILLS:
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency in therapeutic techniques and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective treatment plans.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
