Job Summary
The Home Health Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and administering physical therapy treatments as prescribed, while adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines. They delegate tasks, supervise assistants, and implement prescribed treatments to restore function, prevent disability, and assist patients in achieving their optimal performance within their abilities. We are seeking candidates with additional specialties such as lymphedema management or dry needling.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapy License in the state of practice
- 2 years PT experience
- Ability & Desire to work independently.
- Kinnser / Wellsky experience preferred.
- Effective verbal & written communication & time management skills
- Valid Driver's License with proof of current insurance & reliable transportation.
- Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current CPR Certification & Proof of Negative TB Test
