Physical Therapist at Ideal Therapy

Looking for a lead Physical Therapist to join us at Ideal Therapy in Covina, CA 91723 

Outpatient Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
• California State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to adapt and learn

Outpatient Physical Therapist (Outpatient PT) Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conduct initial patient assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Utilize various physical therapy techniques and equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy.  
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.   
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.    
• Must have the physical stamina to work on their feet, operate equipment, and work on the computer
