About the Job
PREMIER THERAPY, is accepting applications for a full-time Physical Therapist to add to our partner's skilled nursing facility in Coal Township, PA, with a compensation up to $45/hour (depending on skills, abilities and experience) and a $2,000 sign-on bonus! PREMIER THERAPY is an award-winning, privately-owned therapy services provider with over 21+years' experience in senior living communities in OH, PA and NY. Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:
Interdisciplinary discussion/review of patients on schedule and treatment.
New admissions evaluations.
Review of potential discharges and communication of floor programs.
Staff training and/or communication of patient progress.
Programming: Wheelchair, splints, adaptive equipment.
Communication with family/facility staff of patient progress/updated goals/adaptive equipment/change of status.
