Physical therapist - Graduate from certified PT program 2+ years inpatient PT experience required MA PT License and BLS required.
Monday-Friday 8-4:30 or Sunday-Thursday 8-4:30
COVID Vaccines + Booster required at time of submission.
Active MA license required at time of submissions
Local candidates not accepted
Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.
