Physical Therapist needed for our Boynton Beach outpatient physical therapy clinic.

We are looking for a personable and committed Physical Therapist to act as the patient’s partner throughout their care, ensuring that they will function at their personal best.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
- Offer treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility
- Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
- Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
- Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care and proven interventions
- Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
- Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and independence
- Consult with other health professionals when needed
- Document patient care services
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a physical therapist
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Drive to continually learn and grow
- Professional and personable behavior
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Valid license to practice physical therapy in Florida
- Graduate degree or greater as a physical therapist. ( DPT, MPT)
