Locations:

• Greater Boston, MA Metro Area (w/in 50 miles): North Reading, Norwood, Northborough, Medfield, Worcester, Framingham, Holliston, Marlborough, Braintree, Wayland
• Greater Portland, ME Metro Area (w/in 50 miles): Biddeford, Kennebunk, Kittery, Norway, Yarmouth, Auburn, Brunswick, South Paris, Gorham

Hours/Schedules:

• Shift hours and days will range depending on location and facility (flexibility with hours and days if needed)

Minimum Requirements:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Skilled nursing experience is preferred, not required
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours
