Schedule: Days ( 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) Pay Range: $37.78 - $47.74/hour (5-year wage scale, union position ***contract currently being negotiated***) Medical Specialties: PT Work setting: Outpatient Description: We are looking for a certified p hysical Therapist who can accurately assess, differentially diagnosis, and identify deficits in a patient's ability to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives. Position highlights: Excellent compensation. Generous benefits package The PT would be working with outpatient, acute, and swing-bed patients. Performs patient evaluations through the process of obtaining history, performing relevant systems reviews, and selecting and administering specific tests and measures to obtain data. Conducts ongoing reassessment of the patient and their response to treatment. Initiates and manages the discharge plan beginning at the first visit and continuing throughout treatment. Supervises and delegates to ancillary staff and students consistent with state laws and department policy. Actively participates in quality improvement activities.
