- Location: Westmont, IL.
- Shift: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)
- Hours: Must be willing to work 2x evenings per week until 7pm (Last patient is at 6pm)
Work Life:
- 60 min evaluations.
- No scheduled double booking of patients.
- Scheduled/blocked documentation time.

- Degree of a PTA curriculum.
- Certification in PTA and valid state license to practice including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university.
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $25.00/HR - $36.00/HR upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
