We expanding and looking for Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to join our team in the San Jose market.
Shift: Full-Time (30-40 hours). Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $30/hr to $41/hr + $750 Monthly Incentive Opportunity + Benefits. Individual pay dependent on location, experience and job related factors.
Location:
- San Jose, CA - City Sports Club (1045 E. Brokaw Rd., San Jose, CA 95131) - This clinic is located in a fitness center. Free access to gym for treatment and personal use! Our clinic director here is a Strength & Conditioning and Performance specialist.
- San Jose, CA - Moorpark (3097 Moorpark Ave., Suite 100, San Jose, CA 95128) - This is one of our newer clinics. It's a traditional outpatient ortho setting. This clinic had its grand opening in January 2023. This is a great opportunity to work with a close-knit team and see a wide variety of orthopedic conditions of all patient population.

Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy in an outpatient setting.
- Follow individualized care plans for each treatment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care.
- Grow relationships with staff and the community.
- Utilize state-of-the-art EMR for documentation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and insurance-based regulations.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an approved school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing with the State.
