In this role, you'll:
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse range of patients.
- Provide hands-on therapy through modalities like therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment goals.
- Document progress and communicate effectively with therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive therapy environment.
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a current PTA license in good standing.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and colleagues.
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Is detail-oriented and organized with efficient documentation skills.
