We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in South Carolina, working in a Skilled Nursing Facility. In this role, you will:

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance residents' mobility and strength.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Educate residents and families on exercises for continued improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active PTA license in South Carolina.
