Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our physical therapy team in Ardmore, TN. The PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and providing hands-on care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in patient evaluations and treatment.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Document patient progress and report to the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting.
• Current PTA license in Tennessee.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
