Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a PTA, you will work under the direction of licensed physical therapists to provide top-quality care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions as prescribed by the physical therapist.
- Educate patients and their families about ongoing treatment, home exercise programs, and preventive care.
- Document patient progress and report findings to the physical therapist.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized patient care plans.
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements.

Minimum Background Requirements:
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Valid state PTA license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for patient care and a commitment to improving quality of life.
