Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Home Health - Full Time - VitalCaring

As we expand our services in new and existing markets, we're seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who embodies our core values: Trustworthy, Capable, Compassionate, Proactive, and Called to serve patients in their home.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing patient care plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and care techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in home health care preferred.
