In this role, Physical Therapist Assistants will work with geriatric and/or pediatric patients in their homes, making a direct difference in their lives. A structured mentorship program supports both experienced and new therapists. The practice values strong communication, compassion, and a commitment to top-tier therapy.

Job Location: Positions available in Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Associates degree in Physical Therapist Assistant

NY State Physical Therapist Assistant License

Compassionate with geriatric and/or pediatric populations

Travel between patient homes

Timely documentation submission

Commitment to patient potential
