Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position.
- In-house program in a friendly slower paced community environment providing holistic care, including prevention
- Salary with 65-75% productivity benchmarks
- No mandated group treatment
- Specialized on-site training (chronic pain, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, and more) provided during work hours with CEUs
- State-of-the-art rehab gyms
- Ability to build relationships by following patients across a continuum of care through inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness
- Clinically focused, patient centered treatment decisions drive our programs

In this role, you will be responsible for providing treatment services to residents and assisting the Physical Therapist in treatment and program development. Performs physical therapy procedures and related tasks that have been delegated by the Physical Therapist, in accordance with the plan of treatment. Requirements:The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Completion of an approved Physical Therapist Assistant training program
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
- Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment is preferred

Pay Range:$25.00 - $30.50 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
