Job Responsibilities:

• Educate patients and families on basic home safety and medical equipment use related to provided services.

• Coordinate physical therapy services with other agency personnel by participating in patient care plans.

• Conduct follow-up visits after PT evaluations.

Requirements:

• Current California Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License.

• Valid California Driver’s License with reliable transportation and insurance.

Job Types:

• Full-time, Part-time, Per-Diem available.

Pay:

• Starting from $65.00 per hour
