*Laurel Ridge Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center is seeking to hire a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide rehabilitation services!*

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. If you are passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life through occupational therapy interventions, we encourage you to apply.
*Responsibilities*
* Follow the therapy plan of care established by the Registered Physical Therapist with the overall plan of care to include goals and discharge plans.
* Provide training to patients, caregivers and families according to the plan of care outlined by the supervising Physical Therapist.
* Document patient progress toward meeting established goals as stated in the treatment plan outlined by the supervising Physical Therapist.
* Complete all documentation required timely and in accordance with state and federal regulations and policies/guidelines.
* Responsible for meeting facility designated productivity expectations as directed by the Rehabilitation Manager.
* Utilize appropriate infection control practices including hand washing, standard precautions and personal protective equipment per facility policy.
* Other: Tasks and duties as assigned by the Rehabilitation Manager or Administrator as needed.
*Requirements*
* Must hold an associate degree Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) and current MA license.
* Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
* Organizational and analytical skills required.
* Ability to function effectively in multi-faceted systems and to interact effectively with all departments.
*Certification/Licensure: Registration/Licensing in the State of Massachusetts required.*
