We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will assist physical therapists in providing high-quality care to patients recovering from injuries and surgeries. This position offers a competitive salary of $28 - $30 an hour.Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing treatment plans as directed by physical therapists

Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist

Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care

Maintain a clean and organized treatment area

Document patient care and progress accurately

Requirements:

Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current state licensure or eligibility

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Compassionate and patient-focused approach
