Position: Physical Therapist Assistant- West Paces

Location: 3200 Downwood Circle Ste 350 Atlanta GA

Schedule: Monday-Friday 

Compensation: Starting at $28.00/hour and up commensurate with experience.

Our Physiotherapy Associates outpatient orthopedic center is seeking a licensed physical therapist assistant (PTA) to provide top-notch patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. Our highly trained and respected clinical team provides treatment services that maximize functionality and promote the best optimal outcomes for our patients. • Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
• Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
• Outpatient Clinical Rotation if a current student
• Outpatient Experience within the last 5 years if a practicing clinician
• Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
• Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
• CPR certification
