Genesis10 is seeking a Physical Security Application Specialist for our client in the Utilities Industry. This is a Contract opportunity located in Downtown Dallas, TX 75201 and will require the candidate to work On Site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer S2 LENEL and ExacqVision Application.
- Management of JIRA tickets for assigned applications.
- Configure and Install S2 LENEL and ExacqVision Application.
- Configure physical security tools as per requirement.
- Runbook document detailing the applications and the server details including Vendor
- Establish yourself as point of contact for support for physical security applications
- Manage physical security applications by ensuring appropriate maintenance including patches, upgrades, resource changes, etc.
- Collaborate with the company physical security team and the physical security application vendors to ensure the solutions meet the company’s needs
- Other duties related to physical security applications as requested by leadership.
- Establish positive relationships with primary stakeholders and vendors
- Document current knowledge and information SMEs and critical team members and contact information
