Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stack
Determine root cause for the software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions
Maintain and update existing websites and web apps built with MYSQL, PHP, CSS, HTML, and Javascript
Assist in task planning, estimation of individual work
Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
Perform Code Peer Reviews
Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools

Competencies

Here's what you'll bring to the team:

Post-secondary certificate or Associate's degree in computer services or a related field is required.
Minimum 3-5 years related experience required
Knowledge of PHP & MySQL
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS
Experience with PHP objects and classes
Exposure to MVC frameworks
Exposure to Testing Methodologies (Unit Testing, TDD, etc)
Experience implementing and developing API layers
Ability to partner and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Experience with Git
Ability to think creatively and provide out of the box solutions to problems
