About The Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Photoshoot Producer to join our mission-driven brand. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in producing high-quality apparel photoshoots, managing budgets and timelines, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams to produce exceptional visual content. Producer to oversee pre-production and post-production for photography, videography and bookings for campaigns, lifestyle, and editorial shoots. This candidate must be a technically strong producer who understands the ins and outs of bringing a shoot to life and is just as strong in post-production - the end-to-end workflow + technical needs that will ensure the final photo and video outputs are exceptional. Location: New York, NY
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute the creative concept for each photoshoot.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and schedules for photoshoots, ensuring that all resources are utilized efficiently.
- Maintain budget whilst producing regular updates to Art Director
- Source and hire crew for each photoshoots (photographers, models, hair and makeup artists, stylists, and other crew). Maintain relationships as well as grow new relationships with photographers, directors, models, hair & make-up artists, and stylists.
- Negotiate contracts, fees, and usage rights with talent and vendors.
- Coordinate all shoot related logistics, including but not limited to location scouting, travel arrangements, and equipment rental.
- Ensure that all necessary permits and legal requirements are obtained before each photoshoot.
- Manage the full crew team on set, ensuring that all elements of the photoshoot run smoothly and efficiently. Enforce day of schedule.
- Increase efficiency and quality of content and report on impact on business objectives.
- Responsible for uploading to DAM and organization of all content
- Coordinate and execute on all post-production from photoshoot
- Responsible for owning company milestones for photoshoots to ensure content is completed on
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a photoshoot producer in the fashion industry
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and schedules for photoshoots
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Thinks with both sides of the brain: creative vision and very organized
- Takes initiative – no task is too small
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working with a team
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with talent and vendors
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative concepts for photoshoots
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Responds positively to feedback and adapts quickly to change
