Title: Photolithography Process Development Engineer
Location: Bloomington, MN
Pay: $160,000+ (depending on experience)
Insight Global is seeking a Principal Photolithography Process Development Engineer to join a dynamic team in the Advanced Technology Services (ATS) group. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the development of multiple patterning techniques to fabricate features below the resolution limit of 193nm photolithography. As a Principal Photolithography Process Development Engineer, you will become the subject matter expert on 193nm photolithography equipment, processes, and consumables. You will design, execute, and report on experiments to develop OPC (optical proximity correction) models and optimize photo conditions for integration success. You will lead efforts to establish sub-resolution feature process integration using multiple patterning techniques and novel films deposition, planarization, and etch processes. Additionally, you will interface directly with external customers to report on technology development progress, milestones, and project risks. You will work with customers and CAD engineers to define and create design rules, fab metrology structures, parametric test structures, and product mask sets. The job also requires performing other duties as assigned, with the understanding that the percentages of time spent on job duties may vary for each position.
Required Qualifications:
• Masters or PhD in Electrical Eng, Materials Science, Chemical Eng, Physics, or related discipline. (Advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years experience in photolithography, with process development experience and/or integration experience preferred.
• Understanding of semiconductor equipment, unit processes and integration techniques, especially multiple patterning techniques.
• Familiar with statistical analysis tools, DOEs, and able to communicate results.

• Clear problem-solving capability with data driven systematic approaches to finding solutions.
• Positive interpersonal skills, highly energetic, and self-motivated, & able to work on cross-functional teams.
• Able to articulate goals and findings to others.
• Experience planning and executing new process development activities while managing project milestone completion and schedule preferred.
