About the Job
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead to oversee the event operations
and performance of a designated region. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading
and managing a team of Photographers/Sales Members, ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing sales and profit,
and maintaining operational standards.
This is a logistics and managerial position
Weekday Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage preparations of the Event within the Texas Region as assigned by District Manager
Prepare and coordinate for events assigned by the District Manager.
Overseeing the training of new staff, and coordinating with all team members assigned to your events
Coordinating events with all staff assigned to your events
Maintaining all equipment, and company vehicles
Weekend Responsibilities:
Attending 3 events per month minimum to lead, and train staff.
Providing on call support for all staff members in the district as problems arise and assist with problem solving.
Ensure success of your team
Training of all staff at events
Maintain event cash, vehicles, and equipment at Events
Requirements:
Weekend and Holiday availability
Ability to drive regularly to event locations within Texas and beyond
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
$20/Hr Base Pay plus weekly Bonus Pay Structure based on event performance
