About the Job
Minimum qualifications:
- PhD degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience coding in one of the following programming languages including but not limited to: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, or Golang.
- Experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD degree in Computer Systems, Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience in large-scale deep learning, distributed training and scaling.
- Research experience in designing, developing, or applying AI/ML systems or applications in a large-scale distributed environment.
- Extensive programming experience in Python, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow/Jax/Pytorch.
- Ability to start full time role in 2025.
- Track record of developing ML solutions for real world, large scale problems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate on team projects to carry out design, analysis, and development of advanced Machine Learning (ML) systems across the stack using your research expertise.
- Study, diagnose and resolve complex technical modeling and systems issues by analyzing the sources of the issues and the impact on quality.
- Develop code and review code developed by other developers, and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
