**Position Summary:** The Pharmacy Technician Training & Development is responsible for creating and delivering training programs for pharmacy technicians, focusing on pharmacy operations, medication dispensing, inventory management, and compliance.

**Essential Duties & Functions:**

Develop training materials and conduct sessions for new hires.

Provide ongoing support and assess trainee performance.

Collaborate with management to identify training needs.

Update training materials based on regulatory changes.

Design training manuals and competency assessments.

Mentor trainees and maintain employee documentation.

Participate in quality improvement projects.

**Requirements:**

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and Texas license required.

Three years of pharmacy technician experience.

Strong communication, organizational skills, and computer proficiency.
