- ($3,000.00 Sign on Bonus paid in 3 installments, prorated for PartTime)
- Current MaineHealth employees not eligible for the sign on bonus. Must be separated from MaineHealth system for 6months to be eligible.
- Position Summary (Mon - Fri 0800-1630. Occasional weekend. Rotating holidays)
- The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for processing physicians’ medication orders including the filling and delivery of medications. In addition, the Pharmacy Technician is responsible for processing orders received from drug wholesalers and performing patient care unit and pharmacy inspections.
- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- License/Certifications: Certified Pharmacy Technician optional.
- Experience: No experience required. 1+ year of health care experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills preferred: Microsoft Word, Excel.
