+ Department: Pharmacy Services Inpatient
+ Schedule: PRN/Rotating Shift- 6:30am to 3pm and 2:30 to 11pm. Work at least 3 shifts in an 8 week period. Work at least 1 major holiday

Responsibilities
Provide distributive pharmacy services and technical support for the Pharmacist prior to receiving certification.
+ Refill and maintain automated dispensing systems.
+ Prepare orders and maintain inventory for the Pharmacy department.
+ Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounds.
+ Repackage bulk medications.
+ Receive and store incoming supplies.
+ Triage incoming calls and serve as a liaison between pharmacy, patient and health professionals by providing information.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Michigan Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
