Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team in Jeffersonville, IN. In this role, you will assist licensed pharmacists with the preparation, labeling, and dispensing of prescription medications while ensuring compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have an active Indiana Pharmacy Technician License, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Job Description:
Pharmacy Technician Schedule & Location:

• Schedule:
  • Monday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Saturday: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Location: Onsite, Jeffersonville, IN (260 Logistics Ave, Jeffersonville, IN 47130)

Pharmacy Technician Salary/Wage:

• Pay: $18.95/hour

Pharmacy Technician Duties:

• 
  Medication Dispensing:
  
  • Prepare, label, and dispense prescription medications.
  • Measure, count, and package medications according to prescriptions.
  • Replenish medication in automated cells.
  • Maintain an organized and clean dispensing area.
• 
  Inventory Management:
  
  • Conduct regular stock rotation to prevent expiration.
• 
  Compliance:
  
  • Follow all pharmacy laws and regulations.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
  • Maintain records of prescription and medication information.

Pharmacy Technician Required Qualifications:

• Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician License (non-negotiable)
• Excellent attention to detail, quality-focused, and strong accountability.
• Ability to stay on task and work well as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. of merchandise short distances and 15 lbs. for extended periods.
• Ability to walk and stand throughout the shift.

Pharmacy Technician Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs. of merchandise short distances and 15 lbs. for extended periods.
• Must be able to walk and stand throughout the shift.

Pharmacy Technician Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior pharmacy experience preferred.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills required.
