**Job Summary:**
The Pharmacy Technician will support pharmacy services by performing various paraprofessional tasks. This PRN position requires flexibility in hours and days based on departmental needs and employee availability.

**Job Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- IV certification preferred
- Registered technician with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy or current Pharmacy Intern License
- 1 year of Pharmacy experience required; hospital experience preferred
- Computer skills preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and patient privacy

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer phones and assist at the front window
- Compound products in IV Lab using sterile techniques
- Gather items for requisitions and maintain inventory levels
- Conduct scheduled and non-scheduled rounds for medication delivery
- Process medications and train new employees as assigned
- Maintain a clean work area and perform other duties as needed
