Pharmacy Technician Call Center Representative Highlights
- The pay for this position is $18.50-$23.50 per hour.
- Monday-Friday, 7:00am-6:15pm, Saturday 7:45am-4:15pm (2 Saturdays per month, No Sundays)
- This position is contract to hire.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding order statuses, medication inquiries, and new customer accounts.
- Assist with prior authorization requests and related pharmacy tasks.
- Provide clear, professional communication with customers to address their needs and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all interactions with customers.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Adhere to all state and federal pharmacy laws and guidelines.
Requirements
- Licensure: Active, valid Pharmacy Technician license (WA State).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a call center or pharmacy setting is a plus.
