JOB SUMMARY:
Essential Functions of Pharmacy Technician - Licensed
- Fill prescriptions in compliance with laws and company policies.
- Respond to inquiries from customers, physicians, and vendors, referring to pharmacists as needed.
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers.
- Assist with monthly CII audits and maintain records for controlled substances.
- Stock pharmacy products and maintain inventory levels.
- Train other technicians and adhere to training regulations.
- Comply with company appearance standards and other duties as assigned.
Environmental Factors
- Pharmacy Technicians have exposure to cleaning chemicals and to blood borne pathogens
Job Requirements
- Valid Pharmacy Technician license (CPhT) in Utah.
- Continuing education as required by law.
- Adaptability to changes in schedule and priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Completion of all state, federal, and company training programs.
