Join our dynamic, accredited residency programs at St. Luke’s Health System, where you’ll be part of a cutting-edge, patient-centered environment. We are seeking passionate PGY1 and PGY2 Residents for the 2025-2026 year. This is your chance to grow professionally in a supportive, hands-on learning environment across five diverse sites in Idaho: Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and Twin Falls (Magic Valley)!
What We Offer
- PGY1 Residencies
- Dive deep into an Acute Care Residency gaining a well-rounded, impactful experience in our Boise, Meridian or Magic Valley Medical Centers.
- Explore a Community Residency, gaining a well-rounded, impactful experience in our Boise, Nampa, or Meridian Medical Centers.
- PGY2 Specialty Residencies
- Choose your focus in Emergency Medicine or Oncology, specializing in high-impact fields that are shaping the future of healthcare in our Boise Medical Center or Cancer Institute with rotations in other Treaure Valley locations.
What You Can Expect
- Experience hands-on learning as you complete clinical rotations under the guidance of expert preceptors across various specialties, gaining valuable insights and skills in diverse settings.
- Lead impactful projects while providing pharmaceutical care, contributing directly to patient well-being and making a difference in their health outcomes.
- Enhance your skills in compounding, preparing, and dispensing medications, all while adhering to the highest standards of pharmacy practice.
- Optimize medication therapies by reviewing and refining treatment plans, ensuring patient safety and quality care at every step.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, while sharing your pharmaceutical expertise and gaining valuable interdisciplinary experience.
- Make a lasting impact by documenting clinical findings and influencing positive patient outcomes through your expert care and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited pharmacy program
- Valid Idaho Pharmacy Extern/Intern License
- Valid Idaho Pharmacy License in state of practice within 90 days of employment
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross
