Pharmacy Customer Service Representative Compensation

• The pay for this position is $18.00 per hour.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Pharmacy Customer Service Representative Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

Pharmacy Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Data entry and accounting tasks in internal systems.
• Opening and organizing mail and correspondence.
• Entering receipts into systems.
• Clerical and administrative support with no customer contact.
• Working independently with minimal supervision.

Pharmacy Customer Service Representative Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days.
• Prior clerical experience, around 1 year, with familiarity with computers.
• Good data entry skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Reliable transportation to the Cumberland, RI office.
