How You’ll Make an Impact:
As a Pharmacy Clerk at Omnicell, you’ll have the opportunity to be a part of one of the most patient-impactful and growing areas of healthcare while working a schedule that allows for work-life harmony. With the support of the pharmacy team, you’ll contribute to the overall well-being of a local community, ensuring patients receive the medication and information they need.
+ Provide personalized customer service for patients through in-person and phone communication, active listening, and directing customer questions to the right person on the pharmacy team; help patients navigate stress with calm, ease, and guidance
+ Create a seamless experience for customers by accurately operating and maintaining the point-of-sales system, prescription bins, and the storage and shipping of medications
+ Support and help improve the pharmacy and the team, empower your career, and learn and grow with others at Omnicell
_What You’ll Bring_
Basic Qualifications:
+ High School diploma or GED
+ One year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
+ This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds
+ While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
+ Ability to see distinctions in colors and shapes
