A top-rated medical center is seeking a Pharmacist to join their growing Outpatient pharmacy in Plattsburgh, NY. 

Our Pharmacists don't just fill prescriptions, they provide you with education or counseling from medication side effects to over the counter medicine. Job Title: Pharmacist

Reports to: Regional Pharmacy Director

Location: Plattsburgh, NY 12901

Shift: Primary shift: 2:30p to 11p; Secondary shifts: 1p to 9:30p and 7a to 3:30p. This is a FT 40/hr week position.

This is a bargaining unit position

Each staff pharmacist is responsible for the preparation and dispensing of medications and pharmaceutical supplies for both Inpatients and Outpatients. 

More than 20 patient care sites and more than 10 outreach clinics, programs and services throughout northern New York

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of inpatient Hospital Pharmacy experience
  
• Current NY state pharmacist license (or able to obtain)
  
• Ability to work onsite
  
• Willingness to work Evening shift
  

Education/Skills Required:

1. BS Pharmacy & Registered Pharmacist (NYS) required.

2. Hospital Pharmacy experience preferred.

3. Computer knowledge preferred.

Compensation: $126,000 - $187,000 base salary annually, Full Comprehensive Benefits Package, Partial Relocation Assistance, PTO, and much more!

Relocation Details: We offer $1000 cash deposit and up to $8,200 in managed budget.
