The Order Verification Pharmacist is a critical contributor in getting
patients the medication they need, when they need them. This requires
you to use your clinical expertise in performing the daily tasks of a
Long-Term Care Pharmacist such as prescription entry and verification,
performing clinical drug utilization reviews, consulting with nurses and
doctors to clarify orders, and supporting pharmacy technicians as
needed.
