Job Title: Pharmacist

Location: Huntington WV 25702

Shift:

• Need 2 Pharmacists to work 7-4pm, possible weekends.
• Need 2 to work 1-11pm, possible weekends.
• Need 2 to work 8pm-7am 7on/7off

Pay: $62.95/hr.

Scheduled Pay: Bi-Weekly

Pharmacist Description/Duties

• Provides pharmaceutical services to long term care and institutionalized patients in a manner that maximizes quality and patient safety. Participates in and oversees the dispensing of medication in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Pharmacist Requirements

• Current license in the state of practice
• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy; Desired: Pharm D preferred
• One year experience in long-term care
