Job Summary:

This position is for a Staff Pharmacist working from 2pm to 10pm, with an 8X5 work schedule. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care and optimal patient outcomes. Weekend shifts may include Medication Reconciliation Pharmacist assignments.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited pharmacy school
• Licensed as a registered pharmacist by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
• One year of experience preferred
