Pharmacist - Alliance Solutions

Alliance Solutions Group has a client located in Davenport, IA who is looking for a Pharmacist with community-based experience to work in a retail setting. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with Federal and State pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Understanding compliance and safety protocols by adhering to Company Standard Practices.
• Perform immunizations according to Company’s Standard Practice and expectations.
• Ensure that all pharmacy department personnel provide outstanding customer service.
• Occasional assisting in the development, training, and management of pharmacy technicians.

Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug testing as required.
• Current license is in good standing.
• Complete knowledge of State and Federal laws pertaining to pharmacy practices.
• Desire to be a motivated caring professional with strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, associates, other health care professionals, and the community at large.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule 
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and provide direction to associates.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Authorization to fill Medicare and Medicaid prescriptions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $135,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 4 x 10 hour shifts / flexible schedule
• Monday to Friday
• One Weekend Per Month
• On Call rotating schedule

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Davenport, IA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Doctorate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Pharmacist: 2 years (minimum)

License/Certification:

• Registered Pharmacist (Required)
• Licensed Pharmacist (Required)
