BS Pharm or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy. New Mexico Board of Pharmacy License required. Required - NM Pharmacist Vaccination Prescribing Authority Certification. This person has acquired the necessary practice skills in order to appropriately evaluate prescription orders through experience or self-study.
Applicant must enProduct interacting with people. BLS certifications required. Certifications must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or client. RX30 experience preferred.
