We are seeking a motivated individual to join our non-retail pharmacy team, focusing on exceptional customer service for hospitals and specialized care centers. This role offers growth opportunities under the guidance of a licensed pharmacist.

Schedule:

• Mon-Fri 8a-3p + Alternating weekends
• OR Mon-Fri 3p-11p + Alternating weekends

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate medication orders and recommend therapy changes
• Maintain patient databases and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Document communications and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy; Pharm D preferred
• One year experience in long-term care
