What You'll Do:

• Receive daily work assignments from the Service Manager or Dispatcher, following established D&H United procedures.
• Respond to after-hours emergency service calls as part of an on-call rotation, meeting established response time parameters.
• Maintain a company vehicle and manage parts inventory.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain fuel dispensers, ensuring accurate fuel measurement and compliance with regulatory standards. This includes replacing and calibrating meter assemblies and performing periodic inspections.
• Conduct routine inspections of underground and above-ground storage tanks and lines for leaks, corrosion, and other issues, including pressure testing and leak detection.  
• Install, maintain, and repair vapor recovery systems to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Troubleshoot and repair point-of-sale (POS) systems and fuel management software, including installing and configuring new POS terminals.
• Maintain and repair canopy lighting, signage, and price displays.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of experience in petroleum-related service is preferred. We will consider candidates with proven troubleshooting and repair skills in low-voltage systems, such as those with experience in industrial maintenance, fire alarm/security systems, or ATM repair.
• Previous field service experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with hand tools and multimeters.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required; CDL is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Gilbarco Dispenser, Wayne Dispenser, Gasboy Fleet, Passport, Veeder Root, Verifone
• Apprentice or Journeyman Electrician's license, Low-voltage licenses
